Ever since its creation in 1968, Enfants du Monde has been committed to improving the living conditions of disadvantaged children, mothers and women around the world. It is for this reason that both education and health are an important part of the projects supported by our Swiss NGO.

As many scientific studies and investigations have shown, a quality education helps to reduce poverty and improve access to health care. Young people who receive a quality education learn how to take more control of their own lives and to take better care of themselves and those close to them.

The year 2018 marks Enfants du Monde's 50th birthday.
50 years of commitment to providing sustainable aid to children, pregnant women, mothers and their babies in disadvantaged regions.

50 years, too, of support from our donors to whom we are most grateful.

The events marking our jubilee revolve around a single message: "Educate Together, Act Together" which illustrates a key aspect of our NGO's work: strengthening an individual's capacities so that they can function independently.

Celebrating its 50 years of existence gives Enfants du Monde the chance to bring new impetus to its work promoting a better quality education and easier access to health care for thousands of disadvantaged children, mothers and women across the world. It is also a great opportunity to meet up with the Swiss people and get them involved in its various projects to raise public awareness.
